Predatory parking security - inept management. Literally no where to park and no attempts to assist with this. Been on a waiting list for 8 mos for a parking pass. Security issues with a woman trespassing and breaking items in multiple apartment yards and STILL no security response. It’s been the worst renting experience in my life.

Eaves Huntington Beach is a great place to live. My family and I have lived here for four years now. The team of people here are great, from the office to maintenance they’ll help with anything you need. The community is great. Lots of families and if you have pets a great place to live as well.

I have lived here nearly 6 years and have loved nearly every minute. Though I wish there were more evening activities when the residents are home, I enjoy living here. I can't wait for a market correction to drop the rents. Since I've lived here, the leasing office and maintenance staff has changed, but the service gets better with every change. Anna, the current manager, and Bryan, the maintenance supervisor, make sure we're safe and in exellent repair. Things get fixed around here VERY quickly!! It's a quiet, peaceful community. I would like to see the appliances upgraded, especially the washers and dryers, to the most modern and efficient machinery. But, it is awesome that we can grumble about them!

No fireplaces (at least in 1 bed/1 bath), but yes on washer dryer
There are enclosed garages you can pay extra for (not included in the base rent) and which are shared with another tenant/renter. As in each garage has two parking spaces, one for you and one for another renter. They are attached to other garages on either side and separated with chain link fences. The garage doors are automatic and can be operated by a key fob or access code/input panel.
