25 minutes in drive through to get 5 sliders. Soooooo slow. Sliders were good as expected, but not worth the wait. Was late night.

White Castle had been around for a long time. They should always strive for freshness and fresh sliders 🍔 are a must with me. I have been indulging in cravings since I was a child and really appreciate it when they take the time to make a customer fresh burgers. This experience was subpar and a little disappointing. White Castle let’s show every customer love and fresh sliders. The staff was very polite but the sliders were reheated or been sitting around a bit.

Drive thru service was quick and efficient. Don't have to repeat the order 4 times because the taker is not paying attention. Usually a good night crew.

The always wear all the clothes
Yes they do, ask for it at counter, small bottles. Update: I was told in April 2021 the restaurants no longer sell jars of the mustard. Most restaurants do not know that and just tell you it is out of stock.
