We came to eat yesterday at night and we were disappointed with the quality of the food and drinks. We ordered 30 trad wings and they just threw them into a tray, really messy. As you can tell in the picture you can’t even tell which flavor is which, we had to pick through them and guess. Some flavors also got mixed and overall very sloppy. Our wings also took a long time and we understand that sometimes on a boneless special days boneless wings might take long but we ate traditional and the restaurant was not too busy at the time we came in. My mom also ordered a Margarita and you can tell they also did it sloppy, it was not even rimmed, half full, and mostly watery. We understand these are issues of the kitchen and drinks so we do want to clarify that our server was not the issue. Frito was nice and attentive.

For my first time visiting this location I enjoyed myself the staff was nice the drinks was good and the food wasn't bad.

We had to wait for our seating even though there were plenty of seats available manager said they didn't have enough staff finally got seating, floors were extremely slippery. Waiter and waitress were very nice they did a good job . BUT THE MUSIC + THE TV'S WERE VERY VERY LOUD WE Couldn't EVEN HEAR OURSELVES TALK. NOT SURE I'LL B GOING BACK

I’m very upset! this Buffalo Wild Wings has the worst service ever! When I Arrived they hardly had any food items available which should of been a red flag for me, but I decided to stay anyway . I asked for cheese on the frys for three kids meals I ordered and once it arrived the cheese wasn’t melted at all they just threw it on top of the Frys which I included a picture of below. Apart from the fry’s they gave me the wings plain when I had asked for hot. The waitess looked a bit bothered that I had her take the order back. I waited about 20 mins for them to even bring the kids meals out. During the long wait the waitress finally lets us know that one of the wraps we ordered wasn’t available so I this point I was fed up the service when she could of let us know in the beginning instead of making us wait all that time. In the end they still didn’t get our new order right. I did speak to the manager on duty which didn’t help much. The food took way too long when the restaurant wasn’t busy and the waitresses didn’t look like they wanted to be there or hardly checked up us. I will not be coming here again! If I could give this location a zero star I would!
