The atmosphere here is very nice and friendly. The employees here including the manager are very nice and helpful. The pizza here is great! Very good quality. The place looks really clean and presentable. I got the cheese bread here and it tastes amazing! I recommend trying out their dipping sauce (tomato) that comes alongside the cheese bread.

I order from Blaze frequently and their pizza is delish!! However, I ordered a pizza today and the order was a little off so I called the store. The manager answered the phone and said hello. I was super confused so I asked huh? And he said hello again, what do you need? I’m sorry, is that the way you talk to people?? He said sometimes we get telemarketers and he didn’t like them. I asked him name and he refused. I must have asked 5-10 times. Would NOT give it to me. I then asked which store I was calling and he also refused to give me that information. What is wrong with this place who would hire someone who talks to people like that? I called back and got the call center who told me to call back to get connected to the Berwyn store. I called again and asked the manager’s name and he again refused to give it to me. I will never order from this place again. Merely for the fact he was so rude. I didn’t wanna refund I didn’t wanna new pizza I just wanted to tell them that they forgot one topping and look how I was treated. In today’s world or customer service is a big deal, this man should get a wake up call and if he doesn’t like his job he should get a new one
