Ordered a chicken noodle soup using Uber and the soup was basically all broth! There weee no noodles or chicken, literally just 3 carrots! I tried filing fit a return and it said it wasn’t enough for a complaint.

This is probably my favorite Panera, great service, food is always bomb and the menu is always getting bigger . The kitchen Sink is the best cookie I’ve ever had like in my life!!!! The bread bowl is my favorite with the creamy chicken and rice soup. Definitely give these people all of your money.

In the past few years their food has "changed". Dont know exactly how to really say it but especially since covid, the quality of the food has taken a nosedive. And the price for a flavored tea drink is quite ridiculous. Went there one time this year...wont be going back.

Poorly managed. I always have to check my order because something is always missing from my order before I leave the store. They are always out of ingredients so you can't get what you want when you want it. I used to go here daily, but now it seems everything I try to place an order, they are out of what I would like. They shut off breakfast at 10:40am this morning as example. I am so done of supporting this local business. I give them 1 star because you can't give zero stars.
