I’ve been going to Lalo’s Restaurants since I was little. Every time we had a birthday celebration we would go and celebrate there. It had been years since I went to Lalo’s. We stopped for lunch before going to Brookfield Zoo. The food did not disappoint and it brought back so many memories. Can’t believe they still give out chicken soup! The wait staff was friendly and we all definitely enjoyed our lunch.

This place never disappoints with the food and service. Gloria was our server. There was a issue with our Margaritas that Hector (Manager) quickly resolved.

We went to celebrate both of our mom's bdays. Gloria our waitress was sweet & attentive. The addition staff, busboy and hostess were also professional and attentive to our needs. Our food was delivered way faster than expected, emptied plates were removed promptly and our chips and dip were refilled almost immediately. Our food was full of flavor, served hot and fresh with nice and warm tortillas. We ordered enchiladas Verdes, flautas de papas, Banderillas, horchata and a frozen guava margarita.

For years, the food has consistently been delicious. I've always gotten the taco dinner with asada and they season their meat unlike anywhere else I've been to - flavorful without being overpowering. The chicken soup they give you with your meal is also such a great, tasty touch that warms you up for your meal. A perfect spot for lunch or dinner with family or friends. Lalo's has been a favorite of mine for years and continues to be.
