Honestly worth every penny! I am 16 weeks pregnant and seeing Kelly for help with issues I have had so far this pregnancy, namely back and pelvic pain. I have had two sessions and I am already so grateful for Kelly. First, I really felt heard and like she listened to me and then assessed me thoroughly so she could fully understand what was going on. Then she explained everything to me in such a clear and detailed way. It’s amazing having so much truly “hands on” and one-on-one time with a clinician. I leave each appointment feeling very empowered—like I understand what is happening in my body and I have the ability to cope with it and remain strong through my pregnancy (and even beyond throughout labor, delivery, and motherhood). I have been telling every pregnant person I know that they should go see Kelly, and really anyone that has problems physical therapy could help. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment here, I am so glad I did!

Kelly is an amazing therapist. I have been suffering with the same problem for years and after a few visits I am on the mend. I am beginning to feel like my old self again. Thank you Kelly for your compassion, knowledge and willingness to help me get better.

I can not say enough about how gifted Kelly Davis Bernard is. From her healing touch, through her coaching me to heal myself and from her kind and generous spirit I have had improvements to my pain that I once didn't think were possible.

Hands On Health physical therapist, Dr. Bernard, is one of the finest health care professionals I’ve received treatment from. Dr. Bernard took time to listen carefully, explore possibilities of different diagnoses, ask thoughtful questions, and ensure that her treatment plan for me was totally customized to my needs. She spent additional time to educate me and share helpful resources to guide me on my path to healing and wellness. My improved mobility has lasting results as I continue to visit Hands on Health!

Improved time efficiency. Typically recommend one to two visits per week, with more effective treatment sessions= fewer overall visits needed.
There is a set cost for each visit, with no possibility of unforeseen costs!
YOU get to choose what PT you want to see.
You and your PT can determine an appropriate plan of care based on your needs and medical necessity, free from the influence of insurance limitations.
The actual Physical Therapist is with you for the entirety of your visit, which allows the PT to provide appropriate cueing and education throughout the visit. This allows for optimal execution of exercises and overall, more efficient treatment.
There are no other patients present during your one-on-one treatment session, resulting in complete focus on the individual patient for the entire visit.
Full hour one-on-one with the PT for each treatment session
When selecting a cash-based Physical Therapist (PT), the PT, in collaboration with the patient, is able to provide treatment as they see fit, without treatment being dictated by insurance rules and regulations. Seeking cash-based PT has been proven to be more cost and time-efficient as well!
