Im truly disappointed and frustrated. I decided to switch doctors because my other doctor wasn’t listening to me he was based on “it’s normal” I called T.H.E clinic and the gentleman helping me out told me to change health plan, so I did. He also scheduled me an appointment. Went to my first appointment and the doctor didn’t want to see me because Im 30 weeks pregnant. Nurse tried to talk to her but she still refused because she didn’t want to lose her license. So now im stuck with no doctor. Nurse also said at this point no one will accept me because I’m to far along, my only option would be to go the E.R. Now I have to find a E.R and get exposed with covid patients. All because one staffed member didn’t know the guidelines to his job! Oh and thank you Dr. Bolvo for not accepting me. I had fun crying in the rooms.

So unfortunate how clinics are created to help those in need yet you feel like the security it not there to keep you safe or out of harm. So many EMPLOYEES SMOKING all around the building, security does absolutely nothing. Homeless have started living next to the back entrance where there is wheelchair access. I've also overheard a doctor complaining about having a higher education but has to work here while waiting on my doctor. Just terrible

Terrible doctor's office. The physicians do not take your medical information seriously. Made an important appointment weeks ago, tried to call them early to let them know I was in traffic and got no response. I walked in and they told me that they couldn't see me at all. It's janky, it smells, the restrooms are dirty, and the receptionists are no help at all. I'm currently looking for a different office.

Their answering services are just awful. I've been on hold for over 40 minutes now, its extremely frustrating. Customer service needs to be improved. Update: Ended up waiting about 70 minutes, representative never answered. I tried to leave a message by pressing * and it did not work. How is it possible that a doctor's office has such terrible service?

I believe they ask you to bring an old mammogram if possible to compare if there is a difference in the one they take the older mammogram reading maybe it's a better chance of knowing whether or not there is something that has developed since your last mammogram!! That would be my assumption I've had several mammograms done at this clinic over several years!!
