This place is the worst. It is nearly impossible to schedule a (pediatric) appointment with them. Their calendar makes no sense. I’ve called at the end of the month, beginning of the month, a month before and have not been able to schedule a check up for my baby in 6 months. It is absolutely ridiculous. If you want your baby to have their regular check ups and to make sure they are on track…this is NOT the place.

Worst place. Don't even try to call them because the people who just chill at the office never ever ever answer the phone calls. I have two different phones lines calling them and both of them had been hold for 45 mins max. To the point they just clicked on you. I don't know how they still exist when they don't reach or contact people. Again don't waste your time here!!!

I've been calling for the last four ahours to the number they have on there web site n they just keep hanging my call but I guess the socal receptionis't must run things there n answer only when they feel like it that's how they provide help to the community around them thank's 👏👌

I’m beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. My daughter was born a micro Preemie weighting 1lbs 9oz, so it’s imperative she see’s a pediatrician on a regular basis. I’ve been trying since her last visit in January to have my daughter visit Dr. Haan for her wellness check-up…but to no avail. When I tried to book in January they did not have a schedule for May to June. When I called in April to book an appointment for June there was no availability, when I called in June to book an appointment for July, they were only doing online appointments even though I informed them my daughter was complaining of stomach aches each time she has a bowel movement. Today I called again, but to no avail they still would not book us an appointment, the reason being: they are booked until September. I wish that I had not waited so long and that I had changed my daughters doctor months ago as this place has very little compassion and could care less about the health of your children. Avoid this place like the plague if you care anything about your children receiving wellness check ups in a timely manner and have any concerns regarding their health or growth.
