This location is never crowded. The decor is beautiful throughout the office. Ample parking, which is free parking. The staff is helpful and the pharmacy normally keeps the over the counter items shelf's full. I have never had a bad experience with this location.

Went to see Dr. Kea halfway through a 15-day antibiotic course for H. Pylori. I had non-stop diarrhea and couldn’t hold any food down. She told me not to worry and that she’d put in an order for a C. Diff. test. After waiting three days and getting no reply from Kaiser, I waited two hours on hold for a nurse practitioner to tell me that the order had never been put in and that I’d have to come in again. Kaiser’s “factory line” approach to health care is endlessly frustrating and disappointing to me. I would not recommend. The feeling is always that “we have more important things to be doing” and no other field of business would get away with this level of bad service.

I like this location and it is the location I come to for follow ups or any concerns. Great location and service. However, I came to an appointment date and was given my second HPV shot by a nurse who may have honestly injured a nerve, joint, or muscle because of the way the needle was inserted. I understand the shot itself can cause those symptoms within the week of the shot but it has been over a month and I still feel muscle and joint pain. At this point, I don’t know how to feel about the shot or the nurses who give the shots.

No, this location does not have any pediatricians. Kaiser Santa Monica has pediatrics by appointment and there is an after-hours pediatric urgent care at 5971 Venice Blvd

The lab is always open at same time..I don't think they open early...Hope that helped.
