I was charged for a covid vaccine and was somehow sent to a collections agency. It has been impossible to speak with anyone about how to get the charge reversed as the jab is supposed to be free.

Staff is friendly and nice, and the building is new and fresh. But that’s all what is good, every time when I’m visiting pediatrician with my toddler they’re some kind of joke, I’m usually coming 20 min. Before appointment and then I’m waiting for my time and then extra 30-90!!! Min! After my appointment suppose to begin. Also I see other parents with kids coming later than I am, and they going to the office and I’m still waiting. Sometimes I think that my child have a wrong surname or something. All the smiles and nice attitude of staff just getting killed by waiting time!

This Kaiser is great friendly, kind and thoughtful staff. but prepare for the traffic, all hours of the day.

Came here for pre op meeting with anesthesiologist but was disappointed to know that a NP (Nurse Practitioner) saw me. She said that anesthesiologist will only see me on the day of surgery. However, when I asked her what medications they will give me during surgery she cannot give me a straight answer. She answered with a question, "Why do you want to know?". WHERE IS PATIENT'S RIGHT TO KNOW INFORMATION?
