Very crowded and noisy. No maintenance staff on weekends at all. Smallest camp sites I've ever seen. One small campsite is illegally parked with three cars, three full families with 4 kids. Parents were drinking all night long and vomiting afterward. Kids were crying 5 am early morning. You can have no sleep at all even two sites far from them. Worst camping experience ever.

Just returned from 4 days at site B30. It’s a nice camp ground, the store and attractions are ONLY OPEN FRIDAY SAT and SUN, so if you are camping during the week you are on your own for ice and wood. Be very aware of falling branches from the trees, one of which hit my daughters car , no damage. The tent sites are on very sloping ground so be prepared with water mitigation systems. Bath houses are fine and well cleaned, water spigot is there as well as trash can and electricity. Great trail around the lake for mountain bike, jogging and a fitness trail as well. Also, watch out for poison ivy - its everywhere.

Not long after booking, I noticed news about servere thunderstorm and flush warning. But they said park will remain open and people can camp, so here I am not a living creature thats appeared to be here. Tip: first timer be aware, this place is full of tree it can protect you from light rains but when it's windy and thunderstorm, it could destroy you and your tent.

Park should be closed instead of making it reservable since staff is not even here.
