Their New lines: “All agents are currently assisting other patients. Please remain on the line for the next available agent or press one if you wish to receive a call back! Thank you for your patience.” By this action, UMMA does and is not showing care for their patients…only some they have to deal with in person. Waiting as much 1 or 2 hrs, 45, 30, 20 mins many times is RIDICULOUS! I have not had this experience calling any other healthcare provider. Their previous message would give patients options for appointments, Rx refills, etc. This New UMMA action is not caring and it is not reflecting their Mission statement when they first began in South L.A. years ago.

This clinic was amazing when they had just opened, I even started taking my mom there. Recently I have been trying to call to schedule an appointment and I am not able to get through. I have left messages and I have not received a call back. I was finally able to speak to receptionist to schedule an appointment for my mom. I was told that it had to be over the phone and they would call at said time and date....My mom NEVER received the call from the doctor. Will not go back. Time to find a new clinic.

Went in to get labs done and got in and out fairly quickly. However, I got a call from my pharmacy to say my doctor sent an e-prescription and I called because I wanted to see why it was sent when my results haven't even come back yet. On hold for an hour and no one answered. They close at 6 but I don't understand what's so hard about answering a phone and checking something in like 2 minutes

Me and my family we have been patients on this clinic for years now I wanted to book an appointment for my son physical coz it’s done on the phone nobody has got back to me they are so unprofessional now I miss leyla where are you? When you cal leyla will call you back and talk to you professionally but the rest are so unprofessional especially the one that answer the phone this used to be a nice clinic but now it’s something else.

Usually they give you a talk about what is wrong and what isn’t. All the doctor did was right so many things and not help me or anything. My tonsils are stage 3, so what do I do? Ugh, point is I couldn’t even ask questions as well.
Well, whenever I called to be an appointment or to ask something that I want to know, they always answer me and for me they are very kind
They sort of do, you can go in and if they have an opening you can be seen same day.
