I'm pretty sure this place is a scam. I had to find a doctor very quickly because I had full body hives and couldn't make any other appointment nearby as other doctors did not have availability last minute. Clinica Medica General said they would see me and I was very grateful. However, they said since it was my first time here, I would have to do various tests (x-rays, chest exam, blood tests, etc) to register me as a patient. What they didn't tell me was that all of these things have costs so that they were able to charge my insurance for everything. I was even charged for "brief emotional or behavioral assessment" whatever that entailed. The staff was all pretty nice though, and those who had been around seemed to have good experience (there were also some people who were being trained). I am glad they saw me and cured my hives, though I feel swindled for the random x-rays, chest scans, etc that I did not need but still have to pay for.

BEWARE. This place schedules appointments but still makes you wait over 4 hours. Their system to get away with this unprofessionalism is that the front desk staff blame the doctors but the doctors and nurses blame the front desk staff. I’m thinking their committing some type of billing fraud. It doesn’t make any sense why they make patients wait more than 4 hours despite having an appointment. I’m placing my complain to the health board. Please stay away from this healthcare provider.

Was a patient for a very long time, they misdiagnosed me with heart problems because the Cardiologist didn't bother to look at the Echo; she didn't even apologize for the mistake. I had to go to another doctor to get cleared. They give you appointments but everything is first come, first serve, so expect to wait 3 hours or more if you need to see a specialist even with an appointment. Finally, when calling and leaving a message, if you get a call back, you should consider yourself lucky.
