I called Lakeshore Learning customer service today about an issue I had with a package that was shipped to me missing a few items. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I ever expected them to do. Let me just start by saying I ordered these things back in July for my daughter whom is a teacher for Christmas. I never opened the box until today when I started wrapping presents. When I opened the box I noticed that it was missing several items. I immediately called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done but like I said I had ordered these items back in July so I really didn’t think that they would be able to help me. There was no issue at all, as soon as I told them what had happened there was really no questions asked they apologized for the mistake and said they would send the items out right away. I was blown away at how awesome the issue was handled. They were extremely helpful friendly and eager to fix the issue right away mind you like I said that I had ordered these things 5 months ago!! Thanks so much Lakeshore I will be shopping here a lot more in the future!!!! Your the best!!

Fantastic Customer Service - I had a slight issue with a game bought there, and when I brought it back the staff insisted that we open up the new box and make sure it worked. A little thing, but will definitely make me go back!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the products are of great quality and organized well, and the sales are often! You can also order online & have it shipped to the store to save on shipping costs. Overall this store is an awesome place & a pleasure to go to!
