Worse experience ever at this store. I asked for help from 3 different people. The first lady tried to help by calling someone in the department. She did this twice. After no response I went looking for help. I found 3 guys standing around but was told it wasn't their department and good luck finding anyone today....Fathers Day. Not the response I was looking for. I needed help. Why even have them there? You are paying a person to stand around and not learn the job. Frustrated at this point, I left and went to Lowe's. I HATE Lowes but ya know what, they had a guy there who didn't pass me off to someone else. They helped me. I'm so very bummed about my favorite store in such chaos.

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been in. It's always trashed. Employees standing around, rarely asked if I need help. Never have seen a manager. There are some good workers. But, most have no idea what they're doing or what they're supposed to be doing. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house and I know what I want/need usually. Things aren't marked. I have had to help other customers with locations of items. It's sad how bad this place is. It's still a Home Depot. So, I still go for what I know they have. But, if there's another place I can get what I need, I'll go there.

good place. still high lumber pricing hard to find help but when you do they help you. some need product training cause they sell you wrong products. they don't clear out old or damaged items like other stores but well kept store and a few clearance specials.

Save your time. Sadly this store has went down hill. First, no (mini bags) to put small plumping parts in. (They use too). Then looked at selection of bathroom vanities. (This isle hot mess). No samples of some vanities or tops, no hood lighting to even see some of the samples well enough, dark & dungy & some samples look so junk, almost thought I was at a garage sale. Then get lucky to find a employee on the sales floor for help. This man could barely answer any questions. My husband wanted to look at a vanity box (was in 2nd shelf). This employee wants my husband to help. My husband has shoulder issues & back. Of course a "Man" wants to help. It almost flips because the box catches on my husband's shirt pocket....(I was not happy). Is home depot going to pay my husband's medical bills. This employee was Hispanic young man, well dresses, very crisp dresser. He stood at the end of the aisle, when my husband had question, (give me the feeling) we bored him, could careless. We were interested in a white bathroom vanity that was outer aisle on Clarence, mind you it only had price of 397.00. No separate sticker price for the sink. We are like they both together.........employee stated it was separate, but couldn't give a price. He even too my husband down a ways to check sticker to see if it had cheaper price. Mind you I am handicap, so I stayed by the white bathroom vanity. Two more employees (men) walked by, I was leaning on the vanity to hold myself up. They never even acknowledged me, went they walked by. More bad customer service. This should never happen. Mind you I am a 5'8" woman & I was not hiding under the vanity. We decided to take our hard earned money & go elsewhere for a bathroom vanity. (Mind you we are doing a complete bathroom remodeling (except for the toilet). We go to the self check out, 3 more employees, never acknowledged us. Never made eye contact, 2 were wearing face masks, so of course no smile, but still they could have said hello, find everything you were looking for. Heck even Price Chopper on Roe Blvd, does that. I thought I went to a reputable home import store. Boy was I "sadly" mistaken. Very is the general manager. We were in the little after 5pm (not 9-10pm). So enter at your own risk. Very disappointed, what happen to the customer service. Did corporate policies change, where they don't care about presentation or customer service. Any customer that encounters a customer to acknowledge them.

I would go to the help desk at the store

Usually I love this location out of all the HD's in the KC area. Though, tonight a couple of the employees seemed like they were completely uninterested in using customer service skills. Especially the manager that was called to help find me relied.
