I am so disappointed I ever contacted them. I arranged for my University to send them documents directly and Spantran stared creating different useless obstacles for accepting them. All that was coupled with no answers to calls, answers to every email with a 4-5 day interval which made me mad. Finally, they issued my evaluation after I noticed I would start a lawsuit. But I already missed the job for which I needed the evaluation. So, just a waste of money and nerves. I am so sorry I did not read the reviews in the Facebook before I paid them.

I want to thank SpanTran and my evaluator for great service and I would recommend them to everyone, who is choosing from the list of NACES-accredited organizations. Be patient, formulate your questions well, read the information on the order forms and you might avoid some stresses: in my case I think I missed some points and this caused misunderstanding on my side and unnecessary heat in intensive email communication. Fortunately, SpanTran demonstrated true professionalism and Admissions of my educational institution received the transcript. I would prefer the phone communication to be more real means of contact for SpanTran though - I never had a chance to communicate by voice, when I wanted to, and this would help me much to settle down my concerns (my personal preference for communication). Good luck to the company and customers!

They do not translate ... they only make the equivalence of your title to an American title

I think it depends of what you're asking for! If General analysis or a detailed transcript, If is for high school or university! I think is better if you go in person and talk to them! They have different prices but it worth every dollar!!!

No you don't. Extra you are requiring additional copies. I asked them to send mine via email which is absolutely free.
