In my experience, u would need to ask whatever your original school to send ur document to the agency, i don't think it has to be in hard copies. And remember to ask the school to address their official identity. Like names and e-mail address. I think this should be right. I also remember that when i uploaded my documents, they still ask me to have my school send them an e-mail to verify ur identity. I hope this would help.
