I know what I want, what I choose, and what I buy, everything is already planned in my shopping stand. Well stocked, everything in order, attentive staff... and affordable prices... Very bad service, they speak Spanish and they do not help their clients correctly, the manager treated me very badly because I wanted to change some clothes and said that she did not speak Spanish, it seems to me that it is not the way to treat their employees, they should have a little more education with the people who do not understand much English since I always buy in this store but I will not return the people who have working are not good at customer service

I am disappointed at forever21 at this lotion at the Galeria ( manager👎) .I Needed to change shoe that was too small for me. They accuse me of wearing the shoe . so I could not exchange it 😠😠😠 I am sooo upset! I guess I sticking with good old store at Memorial City
