Great convenience of different shooting stations w/ attentive staff.

I love to shoot at American Shooters range I have multiple pistols and rifles and would rather be outside Since I have multiple firearms and I need to practice shooting them, I will bring at least 3 to 6 guns to the range Well here it's going to cost too much If American Shooters would listen to what people are saying and find a way to not charge per gun which is perplexing, I feel they can get more families out and more shooters out in general making this change

It was very very fantastic over there the staff was very friendly and I literally love it I guess my expectation was very low but they were very friendly and the range was pretty clean and it was fun♥️

I called them to check on the range pricing. The gentleman told me on the phone that if I bring more than one gun with me, I will be charged extra money per extra gun. I asked what is the reason behind it. He responded "Why not charge you more, the more guns I found in you bag, the more I charge you. I don't care your ammo." I already don't like this place before I even be there.

$20 for all day shooting for 1 gun, $5 more if you want to bring an additional gun.
You can find our pricing here: http://www.amshootcenters.com/facilities/range-pricing/
No ammo is cheap these days but we remain competitive and do not gouge.
Both. They sale ear protection too. And eye protection.
We are open Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Monday is 9 to 5.
Just paper please. Thank you.
They are provided at 100 yds. and below. Longer ranges require that you have your own. Thank you.
Not current on pricing but yes you can shoot your AK.
If you bring a fully automatic weapon or a suppressor always bring papers. If it is not one of those then you should be good. Just be safe.
There is no minimum age as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
That is correct. Thanks.
Possibly. You need to address that in person. Thank you.
We do at our shotgun ranges. Not for rifle/pistol. Happy Birthday!!
It varies. Usually $50 to $100. Thank you.
Trap and Skeet activities.
Yes, we are 1 round every two to three seconds. So, please no double taps. Thank you!
Unfortunately we do not have an archery range. Happy New Year!
Yes but you both can’t shoot as you will need to be supervising her. They can explain it it the Pro Shop. Merry Christmas!!
Sure. But they must be supervised.
Feel free to move around. Thank you.
Just our targets please.
Please clarify.
Active duty yes.
Good morning. Buckshot only at the Rifle/Pistol line, not at clay targets. Birdshot/Target Loads only at the clay ranges. Nothing larger than 7 1/2 please on those ranges. Thank you.
A token gets you 25 targets for either Trap or Skeet or 5 Stand.
You can find all the pricing at the link below. https://www.americanshootingcenters.com/facilities/range-pricing/
Yes
Yes you can.
Yes it can be shot. Just no rapid fire.
Can only drive down the 300 to 600 yard ranges.
No. Paper targets only. There is a stell target area that you can go to, but you can't bring your own. It's a liability for the range.
They do not provide firearms. However, Liberty Armory will rent a firearm to you. They sale and rent guns plus they have a range as well. Only indoor shooting range inside the 610 loop.
They don't rent firearms at the range. You bring your own. If you want to rent a firearm... go to Athena Gun Club and they will walk you through the process and you can rent firearms there.
There is a trailer in the parking lot. That is where you go and register, pay, and get your target. The road into the range leads right to the trailer.
They got 600 yard range. I would think so. The back stop is a mountain of earth. .50 cal wouldn't penetrate through it. I would call to be sure or go up there and just ask. Nice range though
Yes. No full auto or rapid fire allowed. But FMJs are fine.
Sir its best to call. I think they would have a discount.
Sure
Yes
$35 i think. Probably better to call them and ask.
Nope, you or another adult will have ti be with a minor.
My spanish is bad. But you can use your rifles and your pistols for $ 24. Not fast fire. But American shooting center is very good. I do not know if they have workers who speak Spanish but can go see or speak before.
There is a steel target at the 400 yard range. I would bring yours. See what they say.
Or pay cash.
In this heat they where dry at 8am lol but I would call
Good question. I am not sure. I think its against the law for a person under 21 to have one. Idk call them bro. I wouldn't want to get you in trouble
Yeah bring your own weapon. They have glasses and ear plugs and ammo and targets. Reasonably priced for a very fine range. Thanks
Yes. But they need to know and remember the rule at the place. Just for safety,!
I recommend you better look for classes so you can learn to handle your weapon. Depending on what you want to do or if you want to get an idea you can search for videos on Youtube
Buy a membership and the price will be cheaper next time you go. It is one of the best places to shoot in Houston
It is necessary to raise
If so, probably shortened hours. I suggest you call! Also, wear rubber boots after all the rain it will be a mess!
Yes they do and it depends on the gun you choose
No not at the moment
Yes. A minor is welcome with adult supervision.
I'll take it off your hands. Where can I pick it up
American Shooting Center best venue around hands down and the staff is always willing to help and super friendly and courteous
Yes it is open
Bring a gun, bullets, ear protection, closed toe shoes, and eye protection. If you're shooting at the 200+ yards rifle range, bring your own stapler & probably splatter targets so you can see your hits.
No, you can't. Here 02.11.21 at 230pm and I'm a member. Was told since they didn't have enough customers they just closed and I wasn't allowed to shoot.
From their website: AFTER HARVEY DAILY OPERATIONS: RIFLE & PISTOL (All Distances) will be OPEN Wednesday, Oct 11 – Friday, Oct 13 @ 9am -7pm Saturday, Oct 14 @ 8am-7pm Sunday, Oct 15 @ 8-7pm Our Phone System is currently down due to Harvey, Please use the contact form under Contact us for any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
They are still closed after the Harvey flooding. I think their entire facility was under water. I can't wait for them to reopen :-)
