Update: received a call the day after posting the review and they tried to talk me into removing the post. Yet they aren’t willing to work with me to correct the transfer, just keep giving me the run a around. So all I can say is 3 weeks later and still haven’t received a solutions!! Oh and to the owner that responded to my first review...my phone number wouldn’t be shown as the number listed because we used a third party service to send the money. But in fact your phone representative knew exactly what has occurred in this whole horrible situation! I really just want this fix. Please someone help! Hello, if I could rate this service a 0 I would. I sent money on a Sunday to a family member In Mexico. It was sent to the wrong account. I tried reaching out to Dinex within 15 minutes after sending the money but because it was a Sunday they told me I needed to wait till Monday. Monday came I called again, because they didn’t reach out to me, and they said Because I didn’t call within 30 minutes to cancel there isn’t Anything they can do. I mentioned I did call back within the 30 minute time frame but they have been refused to do anything. Only solution they gave me was to call the bank which the money was sent to ask them to transfer it from the incorrect account to the correct account, they said they can’t. The Bank in Mexico said the only people that can cancel is Dinex. Called Dinex again explaining that and again they said No. I have been on the phone for 2 days trying to get a refund or transfer the money to the correct account, without any luck! I really feel like this company is a scam! I read the reviews and looks like we aren’t the only person that there money was sent to the wrong account. I just want to find a solution, but as of now it looks like I’m out of $300. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE!!
