Establishment needs to clean up this store. We were from out of state, had been there on May 8th,2022. Tables were dirty, floors had trash on and under tables, Last time we were traveling in 2017 there was no problem, but now they don't have there act together.

Went in to get my coffee with my club membership and was disappointed with several things. The counter at the soda station where I went to get a cup of water was sticky and nasty. They had no dark roast coffee and no half and half. Bad experience tonight.

This location is fairly convenient for the Short Pump residents and businesses. Parking can be difficult during lunch or dinner hours. Associates behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I love half price bagels on Tuesday and MyPanera+ Coffee subscription. Online ordering system is easy to use, there is designed location for In-Cafe pickup and Curbside pickup is also available. Panera Bread is a wonderful franchise restaurant, however I never felt stuffed after a meal here. The portion is healthy, but not big. Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl looked like someone already ate half of the order, however the food was delicious and there was generous amount of Teriyaki Chicken. Flatbread Pizzas, Sandwiches, Soups, and Salads are always good.

Disappointed. I've been to this Panera many times now, and they usually get at least one thing wrong in my order. And today was just extra disappointing. They gave me a burnt baguette. Panera BREAD gave me a burnt baguette! I personally look forward to dipping my baguette in my tomato soup, which I love from there. I'm super disappointed that an employee would even think to give a customer a burnt, dried-out piece of bread.
