The food is very good, prepared to perfection. By perfection I mean flavorful in season, spice and your requested doneness. The atmosphere complements the food. We were able to do outside dining and there was a live Jazz performance with 90's R&B covers. The ambient noise was not a problem as I could talk with my wife during the meal. Finally the few times I have been there the manager made it a point to just stop by and say hi and have a good night. Only reason it's not five stars is because I couldnt walk up and get a seat that wasnt taken. But I booked it on open table and was then able to be seated. Not sure why that was. My recommendation would be to come with a reservation; this is the best restaurant in Leonardtown. Ohhh and the bartender will take care of all your libations.

This was my first time going to Sweetbay and the food was amazing! Ryan was the server and she was so sweet and took amazing care of us. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries where crispy. The cream of crab soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. The food is a bit on the pricey side but it is totally worth it because the ingredients that are used are extremely good quality. The only reason I gave four versus five is because of the noise. In the other reviews I see that it’s something the restaurant is aware of and are working towards a fix. However, it definitely not something that would keep me from going back. I’m looking forward to going back soon!! I can’t wait to try everything on the menu.

Where do I begin…. This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The service that we received is truly unmatched. The waiter made great recommendations and was so hospitable. The staff was super friendly yet professional. The food is beyond tasty. Unfortunately, chefs do not get personal shout outs often. So I have to give a special shout out to the chef who made my shrimp and grits this past Saturday. It is by far the best shrimp and grits I have ever had the pleasure of tasting at a restaurant. My partner said that steak will never taste the same again. It was cooked to perfection! This restaurant has set a new standard that other establishments should follow. I plan to be back soon!

I love this place! I came here for my mom’s 60th birthday. It was 12 of us so we reserved the private dinning area in the wine tasting room. We had an amazing server who recommended the best drinks and food! Everything was delicious and I love that the menu changes so I can always try new things!
