I submitted texts, emails, photos, videos, and witness testimony that proved my case. The "investigator" went from telling me last year it was an "open and shut case in my favor" to telling me "what evidence?" And they're siding with a mega corporation. No one will ever convince me that these people don't take bribes. All of my evidence, that we had meetings about, is now gone from the portal. These people are all liars with no moral integrity. They will not help you, they will not investigate anything. They didn't even call any of the 8 witnesses on my list.

Waist of time! File your claim, request/get a copy the position statement “employers response” to your charge. After 180 days has passed request “Notice of Right to Sue” letter. Go find a lawyer to help you. EEOC ATL will string you along for years and waist valuable time and tax payers money doing absolutely nothing. The employees at this office make nearly $100k and they sit on their butts doing nothing. Congress need to get rid of the this agency.

You take your issue to HR, and if no resolve, you then contact the EEOC. Keep records of everything.

My 70 year old wife was fired from her part time job by her boss who trumped up 13 complaints against her and it only take 3 to fire someone. He is a bully to all female employees but couldnt bully her so he did next best thing for him he fired her.

Just leaving without informing your job unauthorized leave The EEOC here in ATL is a front like all others ive experienced an no better at the justice dept federal level an this was in the 90'S!! So they are the same UNHELPFULTELLING ME NO RESOURCES TO INVESTIGATE MY COMPLAINT REALLY?? im sure much worse under Jeff Sessions a bunch of ppl just collecting a check..I NEED THEIR JOB!
