Not professional at all. Store hours say open at 9 a.m and the store was closed. A lady in front of the store says the owner is on the way to open the store. It is now 11 a.m and the store is still not opened. I’m all about supporting black businesses, but this ain’t the move. The Asians would never be this unprofessional. When they give a time for opening their business that’s when they open, not having customers waiting outside. A few customers have all ready pulled off and went somewhere else. Ugh!!!!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. This store by far has the worst customer service. The owner/lady with the horrible attitude and doesn't greet you when you enter, matter of fact she was busy eating food behind the counter with her hands to even pay attention to a patron new to the area eager to support black businesses. There are no prices on the items and when I got to the counter she told me the total and got an attitude when I asked for the cost of each item I had. I said thanks by no thanks and just walked out. Even though the store is close to my home I am willing to drive further to get better customer service and be treated like a human being. Dont waste your time there. If I could rate it negative star I would.

Walked in the store and was NOT greeted. Rummaged through boxes of braiding hair for 20 minutes looking for the color and length that I needed. Lady walks in goes behind the counter and watches me dig through the boxes for another 10 minutes. Then when I ask for help, tries to give me a completely different color and length then what I was looking for so that SHE didnt have to dig through the boxes. They will NOT get my business again.
