Went in for a hair trim. I have long, all one length hair, only got the bottom trimmed up (less than 2"), no shampoo, conditioner or product. I was charged the full price the the signature cut. I honestly do not agree with that. And my hair was already wet (had just taken a shower and put my hair up in a bun).

This was by far the worst hair cut I have had in my life. The lady who cut my hair was not nice and did not seem like she cared about her job. When walking into the place the lady was outside on her phone and then went back outside when finished cutting my hair . When I told her what I wanted, she cut my hair way too short for my liking . When she was cutting it, I wanted to feel how short it was and she just moved my head back and just kept cutting it . She did a horrible job to my hair and now I have super short hair that will take months for it to get back how the way I like it . Very disappointing ! Will not be coming back . I’d rather cut my hair myself :(. Zero stars for me 👎

I went about a month ago but I forgot to write a review. Yasni was my stylist and she made me feel confident afterwards with a stylish bob. I'm a new mom and it was long time since I've done something for me. She reminded me to not forget to care for myself. She was overall extremely kind and most definitely a talented stylist.

My girlfriend and I went in today to get our hair shaped up and had the Hair stylist named Jackelin. She was very knowledgeable on her products and did and excellent job on mine as well as my girlfriends hair. My girlfriend and I both have wavy/curly hair and she knew how to work on them. I'd recommend using her. Worth every penny we paid. We will be going back to her.
