Worst front office employees. Trying to get some one in the phone average hold is more then 30 minutes. Very rude and unpleasant staff. Stay away from this doctor if is possible. Good luck getting help . from her office..sh

Been going to Dr Rakhshani for many years. She is professional, efficient and values her customers time. The office is very stylish, clean and COVID compliant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to Hoag Hospital too.

Dr. Rakhshani is awesome and very helpful, but I only gave 3 stars because the front desk workers are honestly pretty rude. Bad attitude, saying nothing when you walk in/out, slamming doors in your face. It’s not that hard to have basic manners, or maybe it is. Wouldn’t be going if Dr. Rakhshani wasn’t so great, not sure why she keeps such rude women to work in her office (would be 5 stars if she’d hire better front-of-house staff).

Experienced, polished, professional with an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Rakhshani delivered my daughter fourteen years ago and provided top-notch prenatal care followed by a flawless delivery. Dr. Rakhshani keeps up on the latest medical procedures and techniques, and attends many seminars and training sessions. Other physicians I know speak highly of her. Years ago I met her by seemingly happenstance when she was in her final year of her residency at County of Los Angeles-USC Medical Center and have recommended her to others as soon as she started her practice in Orange County about thirty years ago.
