Your supposed to be able to go there to get some help when needed. At first they acted like they didn't wanna help me. When they had to help me they are treating me like im a bad person and talking down to me. They are lazy and don't do what they are supposed to. Instead of helping me they made things worse by lying, horrible communication, and purposely doing things to try to make you look bad. Definitely make sure to keep good documentation about things.

The “operator” never answers the phone and lets it ring constantly. If I knew my workers extension I would use it but they never put it on the papers they send. Very unprofessional

Alot of unprofessional people representing the state and county inside here, we took in 2 disabled girls and it's been a nightmare with getting any help or anything with them, they constantly send us in circles trying to get results or answers.
