I’ve got Dr. Parris and my Medical Assistant was Mindy. I had my first new patient appointment to establish care today and I could not be more happier with my new PCP. I was at another health center and not quite comfortable as I had not been seen in over 6 years. Today Mindy got all the information she needed to help Dr. Parris with my care and Dr. Parris was so knowledgeable about my health history, and the front desk staff was amazing. Felt like I wasn’t just another patient. Thank you Topsham internal medicine!! I’m sure I’ll be happy with this clinic 💜

I think Dr Parker is a great doctor, but his office has scheduling problems. I had an appointment for my annual check-up booked since July. After waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time yesterday, I had to reschedule. I do not have a new appointment till end of November. I will have to wait to schedule my labs, mammogram, and other annual procedures till after my appointment. I am afraid my insurance company will ask me to meet my new deductible next year if I cannot get them done before the end of this year. The people scheduling need to do a better job.
