Very very good job on my Polaris scrambler 850. These guys know a lot about Polaris and won’t leave you stranded out in the woods with no coolant(long story). If you have a Polaris go to these guys. They actually understand and know the problem. They won’t leave you with an, “I’m not sure it might work or might not.” I will always go to these guys for now on and excellent service always answered our call. I have been riding my scrambler for 3 weeks now and it is still going strong. After another dealership failed to fix a stator problem, these guys fixed it without a doubt.

Service was decent but was told one price for mounting two tires on my motorcycle. And then when the time came to pay they informed me that it was twice the cost. I had called in and asked for the cost of tires as well as having them mounted and balanced on the bike. I was told by one of the service associates that it was $50 for both tires and that they normally charge half an hour for both because it’s quick. When I went to go get charged it was $50 more then what I was quoted and I inquired why and they stated oh it’s $50 per tire. I told them that I had a witness my fiancé as well as the fact that they told me in person and on the phone on two separate occasions that they charge $50 to mount and balance both tires. The response I got was “I don’t know why I would say that” and then they just stared at each other. I finally said I’d pay it, it is what it is but not super impressed. Being the company they are I’m surprised they didn’t at least offer to stand by their error and say that they would charge me the $50 for both tires this time but for the future it would be $50 per tire. I understand it’s only $50 but when told one price for labor and I even asked “ that’s for both tires?” and he answered yes. Then the price doubles for labor, that’s what I have an issue with. They seem to do a good job and two of the guys out back even came out and gave me a hand loading my bike onto my trailer. I have no problems with the work that was done or even the fact that the labor was more expensive. It was just the fact that I was quoted the wrong price apparently twice on two separate occasions and they would not stand by it. TLDR: make sure you explicitly have them break down the cost of their labor for you or you may end up paying more than what you were told.

Dan promptly responded to our emails. Within just a few hours time an offer was made, accepted, paperwork was drawn up and signed and our new Polaris was on our new trailer. We live in Orrington and the trip to Woody's was worth every penny. Happy birthday to me!! Thanks again Dan!!!
