The food is good but they often do not get the order correct. Really nice staff and decent atmosphere. No point in ordering ahead since they do not use the pick up shelves and you still need to wait in line. The water leak from the ceiling was unfortunate.

if I could give this store negative stars I would. The worst panera bread i’ve ever experienced from the customer service down to the food. The guy who took my order was rude and was rushing me to order as if he didn’t have time to serve me. The food I ordered was cold! Who serves COLD mac and cheese!? The sandwich was poorly made, they just threw everything on the bread very carelessly and gave me little to no avocado I couldn’t even taste the avocado on my sandwich.

Panera bread shows time and time again that it doesn’t understand the assignment, and that it doesn’t want to. I have accepted 15 deliveries from this restaurant sense I started delivering. I have never spent less that 15 minutes in that building waiting on an order. That’s a life time of about 4 hours, in the last 3 years, spent on waiting on orders from that store. Tonight I stood there for 5 minutes before the line even knew my delivery order existed. It’s a shame because that building is prime real estate for a good restaurant that could positively contribute to the culture of that area. If you like waiting a long time for hospital food to show up to your door, you’re gonna be stoked about the PB in Grace St!

DO NOT order online from this place. You would think that with PRINTED instructions that it would be extremely hard to mess up an order. Search other reviews and you'll see it's true. We ordered breakfast sandwiches last Sunday. Both orders did not have the correct ingredients. It was also assembled in such a fashion that you might as well of eaten it with a fork. Also, their sausage has zero flavor. Nothing really tastes right at this Panera. On top of that, the bagel we ordered wasn't available. It would have been nice to have gotten some sort of update instead of letting us know when we got there. Save yourself the trouble and make the trip to the Carytown Panera.
