I went to Babes for their “Babes Goes Punk” night and it was the most fun I’ve had in Richmond! There was a diverse, upbeat playlist of early 2000s music and the food was awesome, as were the drinks. I loved the overall vibe. Can’t wait to visit again with my friends soon!

For a night of dancing, drinks, and jello shots.....Babes is the place in Richmond VA. The music is pop and a good variety of top 100 hits from 80s to present. Some nights are better than others based on music and crowd but it's always a good time.

One of the last authentic places of past Richmond. Very friendly staff and plenty of places to sit, eat and drink. Very welcoming to everyone of all backgrounds. Wednesday night karaoke is a blast.

We went for a friend's birthday party. There lemon drop shot is delicious. My husband and I had fun and everyone was very friendly and nice. Definitely will go again.

Yes but it is a small dance floor and there is a $5 cover at the door at 9 p.m. so unless you don't mind shelling out $5 you have to get there before 9
Weekends can be busy depending on a few factors. You can always try Godfrey's (club) or Barcode (more bar than club) too.
