The room was terrible. It was filthy. The sheets had stains and the floors turned my socks black. The walls and doors looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. The front desk staff were really nice, so no complaints about the customer service.

They are upgrading the hotel and are doing a good job. The overall cleanliness was good, the rooms were clean, bathroom remodeled and clean, mattresses are soft, hallway rugs need to be replaced but overall for a quick stay and the price it was good. I like dogs but I'd rather be on another floor from someone else's dog. Keep upgrading and it will be a very nice hotel for a quick stay.

We did not see a designated smoking area outside although we did see other guests outside the entrance where benches were available smoking. The hotel was nice, clean and at least free of a smoke smell.
I am not sure of the monthly rate but they are very accommodating and in a very prime location
