Prior to me even stepping into the store, Jessie took time to talk with me and my daughter about the issue she was experiencing with her gaming computer. The owner, Jesse Nelson, is professional, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He works as our IT contractor for our company and he is the best I've ever worked with in my decades long experience. Not only the best but the best by a long shot. You won't have a problem he can't fix and he is super nice and accommodating. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could.

Very friendly staff. Kept me updated on the status of my ticket. I needed to get my battery repaired and they let me know when the new one was shipped and delivered to their store so I wasn't left in the dark. Will use again if my computer has any other issues

It varies depending on the cost of the part, labor typically runs about 1hr ($100) on most models though we always try to quote you up front once we have the machine details. Cheers, Jesse
