We had the most amazing experience here. Tom greeted us with respect and a big smile. We walked into his piano studio shopping for a piano. He took the time to explain the different pianos, pros and cons, prices, and services offered. My husband and I brought with us a baby in a stroller and an elder in a wheelchair. We never felt like we were taking up too much space or time. We made our purchase and because of Tom’s patience, we felt 100% confident with our purchase. Our piano has been an incredible addition in our lives. Tom has also since tuned her up. I recommend Tom and his establishment more than I can say.
