Terry is AMAZING!!!! I bring in approximately $160/month of dry cleaning, and he provides me such great customer service each and every time! He remembers me and greats me by name each time I come in. He even remembers how I like my laundry bags returned. Several times Terry has caught an article of clothing that wasn't supposed to be in the dry cleaning (sock, pair of underwear) - I never have to worry, they are always left in the returned laundry bag and Terry points them out when I pick up. I HAVE BECOME AN EXCLUSIIVE PRIDE CLEANERS CLIENT, AND TERRY IS THE ONLY REASON WHY. OWNERS TAKE NOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my gift of a brand new, never worn, expensive jumpsuit to a local business to have it shortened and hemmed. First they sewed it using black thread on white fabric which was unacceptable to me and I ask them to re-do it. When I went to pick it up the second time, he showed me where some of the black color at the bottom had seeped into the next color which was white. Clearly something had been spilled on it. He said he didn't know how it happened or what it was, but gave me my money back and said I should take it to the cleaners and they would get it out. I took it to Lori at Pride Cleaners, Executive Hills and told her my sad story. The employees went over and above to try to get this out, as well as calling me and keeping me posted when they wanted more time to continue trying as it did not come out quickly. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and would give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you Lori and the Pride team!
