We had an appointment scheduled with an hour window for arrival. Canceled after 30 minuted past that hour as nobody was able to tell us an ETA for our technician or get us in contact with them or follow up with us.

The Tech Richard showed up on time and was friendly, knowledgeable And conscientious. He quickly diagnosed our issue as a clogged defroster drain tube. After checking on any other open bulletins on the refrigerator, he quickly repaired the clog and reassembled the lower drawer and access panels. While doing the work and after, he cleaned everything and left it in better shape than he found it. Price was very reasonable and I would steongly recommend Engineered appliance to anyone

Very qualified and efficient workmanship. He called before coming, came at the scheduled time, and got right to work. The work accomplished was great and at a great affordable price. I would highly recommend this company.

I thought my washing machine was done for. Richard, the repairman came by and was very efficient. He called first to let me know when he would arrive. He explained what the problem was in a way that I understood. He was very professional. I would definitely use . Engineered Appliance again!

Its most likely the surface igniter for your oven. If the igniter has source voltage but doesn’t have voltage drop due to a break in the circuit then the igniter won’t work. The bake igniter is an easy repair.
I’d say your door boot seal needs to be replaced. These often get dirty and so does the mating glass. Also the drain tube is also plugged preventing the water from draining out. This repair is often difficult for home owners. Suggest professional repair.
Its most likely your heating element is bad. It wouldn't be the thermal fuse as the thermal fuse is in-line with the motor. If you had no motor operation then perhaps with would be the fuse or something upstream in the control
If you dishwasher isn't draining you could have something blocking the impeller, a clogged drain hose, dirty filter, or no power at the drain pump. Most of those checks are pretty simple.
No, the Service call fee is separate of the labor.
