I recently renovated my kitchen using ZLINE appliances purchased from COSTCO. When attempting to return an accessory product purchased on Amazon the vendor was reluctant to receive the item back (3 days after the 30 day return policy). I contacted ZLINE, and my issue was resolved! Rebecca and Randy from ZLINE were compassionate, understanding and extremely helpful! I LOVE my ZLINE appliances and highly recommend them!! Thanks ZLINE!!

A big thanks to the ZLINE Team!! Top notch service from ZLINE and their help desk!! I purchased a Range Hood for a kitchen remodel. I had an issue with the installation and Katelyn was extremely helpful in resolving my concern. She sensed my angst and handled everything with empathy and professionalism, including calling me back. And that is very rare these days. And they quickly shipped the replacement part which will greatly assist in my renovation timeline!! I'm glad i chose the ZLINE range hood which works and looks great by the way!! It's only ZLINE for me from here on out for all of my kitchen needs!!! I only wish I would have known about their entire product lineup before i purchased my oven and cooktop!!

I purchased a Z-Line KB-36 range hood for our kitchen remodel 4 months prior to us finally being able to install it and upon unpacking it we discovered some significant damage to one of the corners. The retailer that we bought it from doesn't take returns past 90 days so it looked like we were stuck buying a replacement. In the packaging, Z-Line gives you a flyer that welcomes you to the family and asks that if you are not 100% satisfied to contact them. I figured I had nothing to lose, took picture's and sent an email to see if I could at least buy the damaged piece to make it useable. I was contacted immediately through e-mail with a case number which was followed up by a call from Randi who immediately thanked me for being a customer and went to work resolving the issue. Excellent customer service all around and Z-Line has gained a customer for life. Keep up the great work.

After a lot of research, I bought a large range hood insert from ZLine. I was a bit concerned because I was not familiar with the product line and the prices were so much lower than my oven manufacture. The hood worked great for several years until I had an electrical issue. I emailed and spoke with customer service and they promptly sent a replacement part even though my warranty had long passed. Great customer service! Easy fix that I did myself! Everything is working well again!
