I dont understand why people would go to the big box stores when shopping local is the only way to go! Wonderful staff, Great payment options, lots of inventory to choose from and if the dont have it in stock they can find it for you!

Competitive prices on major appliances, but don't expect them to follow up with service long after the sale is completed. You will be happy with the sales side of the house. However, their service folks who rent space in their building are all independent sub-contractors (1099's), who beat to their own drummer. After the sale, buyer beware. If you want service, and if for any reason you complain at all, YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED and you won't even know it.

Mark, Service Technician, arrived to our residence on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable as he assessed our noisy washing machine. Mark was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain our options. This gentleman is definitely an asset to Pioneer Appliance Company.
