ZERO STARS (if it were allowed)! ABSOLUTE SCAM! I should have read the reviews and looked at the terrible BBB Rating of 1.31 out of 5 before I fell prey to this scam! I bought the insoles on 4/15/22 and the salesman tried to slip in a 4th pair of supports "for convenience," but I turned them down. I should have walked away right then and there. The arch supports fit okay in my athletic shoes; however, they don't fit in my casual shoes that I wear to work. They also haven't made a bit of difference in the way my feet feel. The arch supports also make a terrible squeaking sound when I walk, so I don't even want to wear them out in public. What a complete scam! Of course they have an "All Sales Are Final" policy. Otherwise, they'd be out of business due to so many unsatisfied customers.

I was having discomfort in the metatarsal area when I would go on walks . One day it was so terrible I had to call my husband to pick me up . I called the Good Feet Store to see if the could do anything for me . I was in amazement of the instant relief. I have to say the the price was a bit more than I thought but the 3 step solution have made such a drastic improvement for me . WORTH EVERY DOLLAR . You can’t put a price tag on health and comfort !!

HEAVY SALES ENVIRONMENT Do Not Trust this place!!! I HATED my experience here and when I tried to walk my mother and myself out because I didn't want the product he had her convinced that I needed it and twisted her into buying something expensive I didnt want or need. This seems like a place rife with elder abuse. If you have foot problems, perhaps it is a good place- but they convinced my mom that a healthy, underweight 22 year old needed this when I said I didn't. I didn't speak with anyone who had medical experience- everyone seemed to be some hotshot 20something who was sick of selling cars or couches. Dont even go in- if you're the least bit gullible. They essentially guilted my mom into thinking this would be something to take care of me after I had moved out. I HATE THIS PLACE for taking advantage of her.
