The lady who runs the place is sexist. On more than one occasion I got no offer or a bad offer from her, then sent in a women with the same item and got a fair (not good) offer. We're talking gold and pro grade tools. The guy who works there has been in the pawn biz quite a while and still has not learned customer service. Go to Island lake jewelry and pawn instead if you can.

They do not purchase DVDs as they used to. They have stopped they used to just give between 1 and 5 $/movies depending on how new it was.
