Go somewhere else, trust me. Rent is being risen in insane amounts to drive people out, with the current economy they won't forgive nor try to work with you if something comes up with your rent payment. Will make up excuses to take your deposit when you move out, they have strict inspections yet let the building stink like pot. They charge up to the eyeballs for dogs and cats, and even MORE than that for SMALL ANIMALS that stay in cages.

My husband and I have lived here since 2015, we love it here and our moving to take care of grand baby. I can’t say enough about how great it is here! The office staff, maintenance men, cleaning girls are so awesome! They keep the grounds beautiful, everyday, the halls are always clean, laundry room clean and working machines, pool was awesome until COVID 19 I’m going to miss it here, I love it here!! I want to thank Tonya office manager, Sarah office staff, Todd, Dave, Steve , the two cleaning girls! Thank you all so much! Everyone is friendly here, we met some pretty special people living here that will be lifelong friends!

My girlfriend has lived here for a couple of years, whenever I visit I see the maintenance guys cleaning the property. There are two Hispanic cleaning ladies that I see always leave the hallway looking clean. My girlfriend hasn’t had any major issues here. I drove her home one night and her heat was completely out, after she called the maintenance they came right away and fixed it with 15 minutes even though it was 11pm . Very nice layout inside as well.
