So I placed a online order and went through the drive through. I was told that for all online orders you had to come in which is cool I understand. My issue is was getting yelled at by the lady in the drive though about it. The way it was communicated was overly aggressive and that’s not a exaggeration. There’s polite ways to communicate that policy without yelling at the person. This happened 7/20/22 at 1:40 pm. I know it won’t make a difference but I won’t visit this KFC again to be honest

Stopped in to grab dinner for my parents on my way home. Used the restroom and geez was that door hard to open. Then it closed behind me, ominously clicking shut and locking. It was so hard to open in the first place that I wasn't sure it would ever open again. A thought that was quite scary because there was some sort of vent that made that 1 toilet room a furnace. It was so hot! The food wasn't great either, a chicken was either undercooked or was exploding full of that water filler stuff. The soda was given to us in a catheter like holding sack... never ordering the mountain dew again. I just can't. The layout of the building is weird, there's this long hall that you have to follow then turn right then it opens into this small space where you order. This whole place seriously triggered my claustrophobia.

Ordered through Door Dash. They were fine but my order was incorrect. I ordered a pot pie meal and got a bowl of Cole slaw. I burn 1500 calories just at work. Cole slaw isn't going to cut it.

Food was ok but the A&W soda was horrible. The lady after me asked them to check the lines cause she thought the diet and regular soda had been switched. The only reason I am writing the review is because the guy working there was really good. He looked like he had gang tattoos and I figured he would not care very much and just go through the motions but I must say he was very friendly and polite. He checked the soda for the lady and was very friendly. I also saw him chatting with an old couple after they said something to him while he was trying to clean the tables the old couple sounded very happy and again the gentleman was very friendly and went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name so that he could get the proper credit he deserves. I hope the owner considers making that guy a manager. I think he would be good in that position. I will say the 2 girls working with him that day also seemed friendly.
