I'm assuming you're asking whether or not the dealership provides accurate historical info on vehicles? Let's be honest here. Every dealership is out to make money and isn't going to 'willingly' divulge any negative information that may prohibit a sale. Plus their knowledge of a vehicles history is usually limited. They should have a vehicle history report (carfax or similar) for you to view, but beyond this it's on the buyer to determine if you're getting a good deal or not.
