Brought my nephew in to buy a game and controls for his Switch. The selection was good and the staff seemed willing to assist. So we chose what we wanted, checked out and went on about our day. When I was checking receipts later, I found they had charged me $19.99 for the control which was clearly tagged $12.99. I returned to the store to get that corrected and they flat refused! The person we spoke with said they were in the process of price changes and would not honor the stickered price. This is an incredibly poor practice and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Needless to say, I will never shop at this store again and if corporate does not respond and correct the issue, GameStop will never get another penny from me.

They don't ever have any of the good games for some reason but they do have all the deals.. this is like the Gamestop Clearance Isle.

Normally this is a fair place to shop for my gaming desires. My most recent visit was a completely different experience and it left a bad taste with how I feel about this location specifically. I typically like to buy my games sealed if I'm paying a new price so I always ask for sealed copies before commiting to purchase. When I took up my selections to the associate named Zack he gave off the vibe that I was no more than an annoyance rather than someone who was prepared to give my money to. I asked if he had sealed copies and he pretty much ignored me while he finished whatever it was he was doing on the computer. Not even a "just a sec" or any acknowledgement that I was even talking to him. Eventually he took the sealed copies of two of the games from the drawer and tossed them onto the counter like they were trash. These are things I'm wanting to buy and that's how the items are treated? Grocery stores treat apples better at check-out than this. The final one came in a paper box and I asked him if there was any in the drawer that were in a little better condition (box was completely tarnished.) It's hard to describe attitudes but the vibe he gave off while telling me no was that my asking him that question had set him so far behind and my even coming up to the counter to have any type of requests was completely unruly and unreasonable. The manager (or whom I would assume is; cause he's there whenever I go in) was stuck on the phone or I'd probably just have asked him to help me instead of this Zack guy. Point is, I left after letting Zack know I was sorry for bothering him. I ended up not buying anything from GameStop that day. I thought it was pretty cruddy that I'd probably get better customer service from an Amazon help portal than a real-life person. I'll probably be searching elsewhere for games despite this usually being my first stop when on the hunt for something in the past.

Great store. Staff are pretty relaxed and patient with technical problems and are always keeping up with membership benefits in order to provide the best deal for customers. Even going so far as to recommend new games. Absolutely love it!

Yes
Due to their downward spiral into bankruptcy and debt they are closing more than 1000 stores by March. I have no clue if this is one of them but hopefully not
Honestly with the ps5 and Xbox Scarlett on the way I would save for those. Coming out 2020 holiday season
Game stop would wipe it clean for you the do it to all the game systems. If you have any info you want off the system then take it off before you take it to game stop.
Definitely call them they can tell you what the have in stock for sure.
