At first I had issue because I never received my photos I paid for, but after I emailed them they responded very quickly asking for address and sent the photos, free of late fee charge. The photos are great quality and the employees were very nice and helpful! Would totally recommend.

2 times I paid for photos that my little ones in elementary had their jackets on for... gave 3 stars since it is not completely their fault but if photos are being bought a reminder for students to take off jackets would be appreciated.

Horrible customer service! My daughter was taking team pictures with her softball team. Picture packets were sent out last minute and I forgot to fill out the form. When she went to have her picture taken the photographer told her that without her packet she couldn't get an individual picture taken. I thought that was weird because I wanted to order a memory mate online and wanted an individual picture! I spoke to the gentleman at dorian who said he would come out and take her picture. He gave me a day and time that he would be there. My daughter waited 15 minutes after school looking for the photographer along with her coach and couldn't find him. I get a voicemail from the gentleman at dorian stating that he had gotten busy and now was running late but there was no way if contacting my daughter or the coach. I get a call from Dorian stating that he showed up and my daughter wasnt there! Yeah she was!! HE was late!! Then goes on to say I would have to drive her clear across tricities to their studio if I want an individual picture taken!! I've left multiple messages with both office managers and no return call!! Goes to show they dont care!!
