We had a break-down 20 miles east of Indio on a Sunday night and Silverado's Towing got things taken care of within an hour! Their estimate and receipts of payment were sent soon after completion. I appreciate a company that does what they say they can do and at the price they quoted! Great job guy's!!

We utilized Silverado towing today during a highway breakdown. I really appreciated Victor's calm demeanor, his sense of humor, and his concern for our safety. He seemed very thorough securing the vehicle. I had no concerns and would call them again.

My wife hit something on the road which immediately caused the tire to go flat on our vehicle. We contacted our service provided by our manufacturer. They first contacted a service provider, but could not respond for three hours. (This company did call us back to make sure a different service provider was dispatched) Being it was dark and parked on the side of a busy road. We called our provider back and asked if another service provider could respond. Fifteen minutes later, we were contacted by Silverado Towing who advised us they had dispatched Victor to our location. We received a call from Victor to get our exact location and 10 minutes later he arrived. We asked if he could take the vehicle to our dealer in Palm Springs. Being it was Sunday night the dealer was not open, but Victor said he would take the car and secure it at the dealer and drop the keys in the overnight drop box. When he arrived at the dealer he left the vehicle in a secure place. He sent us photos of the location where dropped and him depositing the keys in the drop box. Silverado Towing (Victor) went far beyond what we had expected. We highly recommend this company for your vehicles towing services...Thank You for your professional, courteous, timely service.

I highly recommend this company. After an overnight stay on the side of the freeway they were the only towing company that actually showed up when they said they would. Cesar was so professional and took great care of our RV. Hopefully we aren't in that situation again but we will definitely contact Silverado if we are.
