I put my name in online for 9:00 am check in. I showed up at 9:00am and they said it was a 2 hour wait. I went home and they said they would call when I was ready. I came back at 11:00 after being texted that I could come in. I had a painful ear infection and I’m pregnant with sprained ankle. I waited two hours in the office and was never seen because I walked out. Out of pure need for sleep and water. I should have never even tried to wait. This office should have told me that they were understaffed and that I needed to go elsewhere. I am a healthcare provider and overall this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a healthcare facility.

I was seen in the urgent care a week ago. My experience is that this staff is simply top notch. I’m also in the healthcare profession so I really appreciate when an MD takes time to get a good history and treat appropriately. I was super sick and this staff was SPEEDY in trying to help me. I hope I never have to go back but if I do I won’t hesitate to return here. Thank you for all you do.

I used the Web Check in to schedule a Travel Covid 19 Rapid test. I was able to wait at home until they were ready for me to come in. I was greeted by Jose, front desk personel and I finished my short questionaire and paid my copay. I was immediately asked to go to a room and wait to be seen. Soon after, I was seen , did health history and determined the proper test I needed; cruising I needed a negative test within the two day time frame to embark on a Saturday cruise. Swapping was easy , both nostrils and I was asked to wait to see the NP for general heath information. Soon after I had my negative test and happily appreciated the service I received. It was clean , masks are required for all, and the experience was very pleasant.

Was a little confused at first with the walk/ virtual visit options but everything worked out just fine and they got me in much faster than I had anticipated. Connie was a pleasure to work with along with Sam and the rest of the staff. Enjoyable experience considering no one ever really wants to go to the DR. That you east side staff!

Hi! International travel generally requires a PCR test. We usually receive the results within 24 hours. Visit one of our CareNow clinics. If you have insurance, they will be charged for the cost of the visit. If you do not have insurance, we will charge you for the government COVID Cares Act visit.
