I would leave zero stars if possible. Absolutely dreadful customer service. My TV shut down 4 days after purchase and it took weeks to get someone to pick it up and bring me a new one. I spent hours on the phone with the store, with delivery people, with supervisors. Each had a different story, each was more difficult to deal with than the next. I will never shop with them again. I tried to call the corporate office before posting this to give them a chance to at least apologize and I still couldn't talk to a live person. Absolutely terrible

Good selection of product, but had to wait forever for help. Walked in and immediately told an employee the exact item that I wanted. I was told to wait for a salesman to finish with another customer. Seems that out of about five employees, only he could sale a TV. He was very helpful when he did get to us.

They we're fair on the point, great descriptions, helpful when needed, and I think as a shopper we should be approached and asked for questions for products. I understand we as most customers are hesitant to sales associates, but gave them a chance and see if they are genuine and see if they want to put in there best to aid us for the right product. Great deals, good atmosphere, and I want to come back soon feeling too.
