Drove an hour from Fort Campbell just to sit in the store for 30 mins and wasn’t helped. I ended up leaving without any help despite booking an appointment for service on my MAC a week prior.

Best store ever! I am very pleased with Apple also after this experience. I had a problem and these guys made sure to solve it. They was so busy too. I didn’t wait long at all. Great store. It’s worth the parking.

I didn’t have a nice experience. I went to buy but nobody was nice. I’m disappointed. I’m apple customer a long time ago. The guys are kind just if they feel that you’re going to buy.

Yes there was validated parking on 5th Avenue Parking Garage. Validate at the store.
Most apple stores do have capability of in house repairs through the Genius Bar. However in some cases, they may need to ship it to a repair center for a few days! You’ll want to make a reservation in advance and make sure you know your Apple ID and password prior! And do any backups using Time Machine and an external drive if you’re nervous about losing data (or store in a cloud service)
